Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role

  • To offer end to end Human Resource and Administration support to the organizations business units in line with relevant statutes and corporate policies while at the same time ensuring great employee experience.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities and overall performance of the direct reports in order to create and sustain a performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (customers, employees,
    shareholders).
  • Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals

Training Duties

  • Determine and analyze the need for training in our organization.
  • Identify training skills that need to be addressed.
  • Develop a training plan and instructional design material accordingly.
  • Evaluate the employees after each training session.
  • Monitor employee’s attendance and performance during training programs.
  • Arrange in-house training facilities and necessary equipment.
  • Suggest the latest training approaches to make the programs more effective.
  • Maintain an effective relationship with all the trainees and trainers.

Contact industry experts and invite them for training sessions.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field or any other social sciences
  • CHRP- K
  • Five years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Member of good standing in relevant professional regulatory body (IHRM)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive and assertive with strong relational and networking skills.
  • Strong time management skills and self-motivation skills
  • Able to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.
