Whereas Kenya has a high unemployment rate, there are countries without adequate and capable human resource. Our aim is to connect the two. By assisting people access quality jobs out of Kenya, we help change the lives of the individual, their families and the country at large through diaspora remittances.
One challenge though is the quality of the available personnel. The need to sharpen the skills in their areas of career choices to be able to cope in a demanding work environment.
They also need soft skills training to know what to expect when they go out of the country and how to cope in a foreign environment where you have no psychosocial support system that you are used to. This is one of the things we will be majoring in.
