5. HR and performance management
6. Personal Finance Planning
7. Procurement
8. Project Management
9. Governance and risk management

The successful candidate’s duties will include, but not limited to;

• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Prepare training materials including visuals like videos, training slides.
• Conduct informative training sessions to offer value to the delegates.
• Monitor delegates response to the training.
• Evaluate the training progress to identify areas of further training.

The Ideal candidate should;

• Have professional certification in their respective field.
• Have proven experience as a corporate trainer.
• Be passionate about their respective fields and empowering delegates.
• Be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Be highly organized, proficient in time management and possess excellent public speaking skills.
• Be a self- driven individual with ability to deliver a great training experience to the delegates.
• Have solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Be informed about emerging trends in their respective fields.
