Job Description
Royal Media Services wishes to recruit Experiential Project Managers to be based at the Shikisha Advertising Agency. They will be required to plan, execute, and finalize marketing projects/promotions on behalf of clients. The Experiential Project Managers will report to the Business Development Manager
Key roles & responsibilities
- Plan, execute, control and finalize marketing projects/promotions according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Develop best practices for project execution and management.
- Develop creative proposals and budgets required for different clients.
- Track projects and ensure the deliverables are accomplished.
- Ensure all relevant reports are submitted on time to the management and the clients.
- Define the project’s objectives and oversee different projects while effectively communicating project expectations to team members.
- Manage, and motivate team members and volunteers, and ensure they have a positive attitude and are accountable for their assigned work.
- Develop and deliver reports, and requirements documentation on time.
- Responsible of trend analysis, market research and monitoring.
- Organize and lead collaboration with the creative team and radio/TV team on project concept, and event marketing.
- Liaise and negotiate costs and services with service providers, Government licensing and book event/activations spaces, coordinate audiovisual equipment & operation, and make all other necessary arrangements for any project/Event.
- Manage the project budget and overall delivery of the project
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Academic and professional/work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Essential Competences
- Successful experience in management of an activation sales team / field force.
- Strong client management, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to successfully lead, and motivate an effective team of supervisors, brand ambassadors and field events teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative strategies and ideas.
- An analytical approach to researching and analyzing opportunities to increase revenue
- Excellent proposal writing, budgeting, report-writing and project management skills.
- Strong conscience and great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and online management skills.
