Awards Training Limited offers diverse training services in business, entrepreneurship and digital skills (ICT). We also connect jobseekers and our trainees with placement services internationally and support entrepreneurs start, grow and scale their businesses.

We are seeking the services of experienced part–time trainers to help our trainees develop their skills and knowledge in the following fields:

• ICT
  • Cyber security
  • Cloud computing
  • Cisco
  • Data Comms
  • ICDL
  • Robotics and AI
• Entrepreneurship
• Business Courses i.e Human Resource,Procurement and logistics,Project Management,Sales and Marketing,CPA/ACCA/Accounting Courses
• Digital Marketing
• Content Creation
• Brand Management.

The successful candidate’s duties will include, but not limited to;

• Conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency and improve the skills of all trainees.
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Monitor trainees’ performance and response to training.
• Evaluate the training progress to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop reports that document performance of trainees.
• Stay informed about new techniques in training.

The ideal candidate should;

1. Have proven experience as a trainer.
2. Be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Be highly organized, proficient in time management and possess excellent public speaking skills.
4. Be a self-driven individual with ability to deliver results within set deadlines.
5. Have solid knowledge of the latest training techniques.
6. Professional certification in training will be an added advantage.
